All orders are shipped via US Postal, 1st class mail & Priority mail, with delivery confirmation. NO INSURANCE. If you want to purchase insurance for your parcels, please contact us for additional charges. We are not responsible for lost of damaged goods in the mail system.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All international shipments are billed at a flat rate of $15 USD. Larger packages may require additional shipping at our discretion. ALL International parcels are sent via 1st class mail & Priority mail. No tracking or delivery confirmation on International shipments, also no insurance. We will provide a shipping receipt showing your parcel has shipped, but WE ARE NOT responsible for lost parcels. NO REFUNDS for lost International packages, so order at your own risk. We are sorry to have to implement this policy, but it was this, or stop international shipping. Fortunately, very few orders are ever lost so odds are good you will receive your order as expected.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date you receive your order. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and sent back at your expense. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Once we receive your return, we will credit your account or provide you with an exchange.
